Since 1972, Vicky has had the privilege of living in three of the most beautiful communities in Tillamook County: Cape Meares, Oceanside, and Netarts. In those many years, she owned her own business in Netarts, gained a bachelor's degree from PSU, raised a daughter and became a grandmother. 

Vicky worked often as a volunteer for WEBS and has always admired the work and message of stewardship that WEBS inspires. She is excited to now be a member of the staff and to be working with truly dedicated and incredibly knowledgeable people who share her love for Netarts Bay and the surrounding area.
